I got this pizza recipe from a friend whose wife is a pastry chef;) (thanks, Florine). It turned out really good.
Browsing my favorite recipes on the site I saw that the recipe I had memorized from Anca is not much different.

  • IT TOOK:
  • 500 gr flour,
  • 1 cube of 25 gr yeast,
  • 1 teaspoon sugar,
  • 1 teaspoon salt,
  • 3 tablespoons oil,
  • 250-300 gr water
  • smoked sausages
  • smoked ham
  • a box of sliced ​​mushrooms
  • olive
  • 500 gr cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • a bell pepper
  • an onion
  • olive oil
  • ketchup
  • tomatoes
  • thyme

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes


Knead the ingredients for the dough until it becomes a homogeneous, elastic crust. It is left to rise until it doubles in volume.

Until the crust grows, lightly fry an onion and a pepper until they become a little soft.

Divide the crust in half, spread with a flour powder (not oil), grease with ketchup mixed with thyme and crushed garlic, put onions and peppers then add the rest of the ingredients…

at the end, grate a layer of cheese and place thin slices of tomatoes on top.

Put in the oven and leave for about 20-30 minutes.

Be careful not to burn the shell underneath (the ovens differ)
