Apple pie

For the dough:

Mix the flour with the yeast and let it rest for 5 minutes, then add the egg, sugar, essence and a cup of warm water, knead well and then let it rise for about an hour.

After the dough has risen, divide it into 6 pieces, take each piece in turn and make a sheet as thin as possible on which we will put some of the grated apples on the fire with 5 lg of sugar and cinnamon until it softens a little.

After we put the composition on the sheet, we roll it like a roll and we put it in the tray lined with baking paper, we do the same with the rest of the dough, putting the "rolls" next to each other, glued,

grease the pie with an egg.

Heat the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees and then put the tray in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil to sweat, soften and become fluffy.

Serve with powdered sugar and ground walnut kernels on top.
