Appetizer muffin ingredients with ham and corn:

  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 140 g corn
  • 50 ml oil
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 100 g ham
  • 80 g parmesan
  • 1 capsicum (100 g)
  • 3 cloves green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a few sprigs of dill.

Preparation of appetizer muffins with ham and corn:

After washing all the vegetables very well, cut the dill, green onion and pepper into cubes and the ham into strips. Drain and wash the canned corn with cold water several times. Season with salt and pepper and mix well with a whisk until you get a soft dough.After the composition becomes homogeneous, add the ham, capsicum, corn, green onions, parmesan, dill and mix.We put the paper forms in the muffin tray and fill them with a spoon, leaving little space, because they still grow.Put the muffins in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until we think they are done (pass the toothpick test).
